The best butcher shop for wavy meat in Miami. My favorite is Waugh pichana 10oz, Denver steak 10oz and the Australian wagging skirt steak.

Honestly, I’ve tried steaks from diff places all over the world, the fact it’s fresh and never frozen makes this steak that much better. You can taste the difference. Best cuts for me: ribeye and skirt... nothing better IMO
